Technologies and Tools for AI Applications

The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, tools, and methodologies can be effectively applied to transform organizations and enhance business value. Through ten structured lectures, the course blends conceptual foundations with hands-on experience, covering the evolution from classical machine learning to generative and agentic AI, intelligent automation with RPA, conversational systems, and AI-powered customer experience. Students will explore how to design and deploy intelligent workflows, build and orchestrate autonomous agents, and develop practical applications using low-code platforms and AI frameworks. Emphasis is placed on understanding the strategic, ethical, and human dimensions of AI adoption---how AI reshapes work, decision-making, and digital transformation---preparing participants to lead and innovate responsibly in AI-driven business environments.
